1. Program overview
Zuba is a home-inspection scheduling app used by professional home inspectors.
With the customer's consent, inspectors send a single appointment-reminder
text message before a scheduled home inspection. These messages are
transactional (service reminders tied to an appointment the
customer booked) — they are not marketing or promotional.
Use case: Appointment reminders
Message frequency: Low — typically 1–2 messages per inspection
(a reminder before the appointment, plus any confirmation/HELP/STOP replies).
Who sends: The customer's home inspector, through Zuba.
Who receives: Customers who scheduled a home inspection and
explicitly agreed to reminders.
2. How customers opt in
Consent is collected directly by the inspector at the time the inspection
is scheduled (by phone, in person, or via a booking form). The customer
provides their mobile number and gives explicit permission to receive reminder
texts before the inspector enables reminders for that appointment. Consent is
not a condition of service — a customer can decline reminders and
still book their inspection. Customers can opt out at any time (see §5).
3. Opt-in script (what the inspector asks the customer)

6. Privacy
Mobile numbers are collected solely to send appointment reminders and are
never sold or shared with third parties for marketing, nor shared
with any party for their own marketing. Carriers (e.g., for message delivery) are
